Well, it seems as though it could be a good April Fool's joke but I am not laughing....it is once again snowing here on the supposedly "wet" coast. Mother nature is playing a cruel joke on us. What a winter we have had...just when we think it can't possibly get worse ...."surprise"....it does! My daffodils are starting to bloom...I hope they don't freeze to death!!

Linda, I figured it out; it came to me in a blinding flash: we are having 2 winters rolled into 1. But I don't know why. It must be part of "global freezing". I think daffodils are hardy plants and do well in cold weather. I don't think they do well in snow...
